Free Concert Series - Sunday May 25 2-5pm ~ Rick Galloway

Genres and Styles:  Folk singer performing traditional, folk, Americana, blues and classic rock.
Rick is a folk singer and song writer.  He performs songs that have impressed him either through lyrical content, style of delivery, or the song's significance to a time frame or event in his life.  Some of the songs are well known, others are little more obscure.  All are performed in Rick's personal style of acoustic rhythms and smooth vocals, with each song's delivery offering the listener a chance to hear it from a different perspective.  His originals are entertaining stories, and range from the sights and sounds of a summer thunderstorm (Listening to the Rain), to his funeral procession in 'Head of the Line'. Rick is known for connecting with his audience, often presenting insights as to why a song was selected, or in the case of his originals, why it was written.
